When you send an inquiry, request a quote, make a booking request, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, and any message you include. If a booking is completed through our site, payment details are entered into a secure payment form run by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.

Hosts and property managers. Each rental is run by an independent owner or manager. When you inquire about or book a rental, we share the details needed to respond to you and complete the stay (such as your name, contact details, dates, and group size) with that host. Hosts handle your information under their own policies, so please review the policy on a host’s booking site before you book there.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the site and process bookings, including OwnerRez (website hosting, search, inquiry, and booking tools), payment processors, and email delivery and analytics services. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Hostably, our users, or others. If Hostably is involved in a merger or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
