Isle of Palms Vacation Rentals

Isle of Palms gives you two trips in one: seven miles of wide Atlantic beach, and Charleston’s restaurants and history about thirty minutes away over the Isle of Palms Connector. For a lot of groups that combination is the whole reason to come here rather than somewhere more remote.

The island runs from a walkable front beach with a handful of restaurants and a county park at one end, up to the gated Wild Dunes resort area at the other. Rentals skew toward multi-bedroom beach houses, which suits the families and multi-generational groups the island tends to attract.

Spring and early autumn are the sweet spots, with warm water and none of the high-summer heat.
